Working Process
1. ANON auto complete rice mill plant is used to process long rice, is an unconventional plant, can produce both white rice and brown rice.
2. Pre cleaner can remove all the impurities and unfilled grains from raw paddy .
3. Paddy De-stoner is used to remove the stones from paddy
4. Paddy husker to remove the shell to get brown rice.
5. Gravity paddy separator is used to separate the unhusked paddy from brown rice
6. Rice whitener can process the brown rice into white rice.
7. Rice water polisher can make the milled rice much shiner by polishing the exterior of the milled rice
8. Rice grader separate the rice into several classes ,such as head rice, big broken, medium broken and small broken rice directly.
9. Color sorter is used to pick out the colored broken ,immature and insected grains from milled rice
10.Length grader can separate the broken rice from head rice according to the different lengths of rice
11. Blending machine designed to mixing head rice with predeterminde amount of broken rice .
12.Packing machine packs the finished rice into bags according to different weights

Rice Grader
This part is used for classifying the rice from processing.it uses difference of the broken rice the whole rice type to conduct overlapping rotation and pushing forward with friction in order to form automatic classification,and separate the broken rice and the whole rice through continuous sieving of the appropriate 3 layers sieve faces.stable running and excellent technical performance and convenient maintenance and operation etc. it is also applicable to the separation for similar granular material.
